Other rules, including banking and motor vehicle, are set to change from October 1.  Now even if money is sent abroad, TCS (tax collected at source) will be deducted.  In addition, from October 1, important documents related to the vehicle such as licenses, registration documents, fitness certificates, permits, etc. can be maintained through a government-run web portal.  We're telling you about changes that will affect you as well.

If more than Rs 7 lakh is sent abroad, TCS will be deducted

An important rule of income tax in the country is going to change from October 1.  Accordingly, even if money is sent out of the country now, TCS will be deducted.  It has been decided to extend the scope of TCS under Section 206C (1G) of the Income Tax Act and also apply it to the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS).  That is, along with travel, education, etc., the tax will now be levied on investments made abroad.  Now 7% TCS will be deducted on remittances of Rs 7 lakh or more.

 Motor vehicle rules will change

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has informed that the rules of motor vehicle have been changed.  From October 1, important vehicle related documents like licenses, registration documents, fitness certificates, permits etc. can be maintained on the government-run web portal.  Now you can work only by showing a digital copy.  Records and registrations of reported crimes, including suspension, compounding and license revocation, will also be available on this web portal.

Mobile can be used to see the road while driving

From October 1, mobile or other handheld devices can be used while driving, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said.  But it will only be used to view the map.  In addition, care should be taken not to distract the driver while driving with the help of mobile.  However, a fine of Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 can be imposed for talking on a mobile while driving.

Buying a TV will be expensive

Buying a TV from October 1 will also be expensive.  The government has decided to abolish the 5% customs duty on open cell imports used in TV manufacturing.  The government granted a one-year exemption for this, which will expire on September 30.  This will increase the price of a 32-inch TV by Rs 600 and a 42-inch TV by Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500.

 LPG can be cheaper

At the beginning of each month, government companies change the price of LPG and natural gas.  Prices of 14.2 kg and 19 kg gas cylinders were reduced in September.  It is expected that LPG prices may fall in October.

Know, what is the 7/12 slope for land? How To Get Home Online

Know, what is the 7/12 slope for land?  How To Get Home Online

Apart from https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in web-site to view land records, there is no other web-site or mobile app of Revenue Department, Gujarat State.  Of which special note.

Many of you may have had to run to get 7/12 down.  This is a type of sheet used for proper regulation of soil.  In fact this 7/12 transcript is a different roll.  Form 7/12 has been made by combining both 9 and 12 forms.  That is, out of the total 12 forms decided for the record, form no.  2 and form no.  A sheet made by compiling 12 forms is called 7/12. In the extract of 7/12 taken for land record, survey number, block number, type of land, name of farm, cultivable land, name of enumerator, bank account number and village  The name is included.  In addition, the sequence number which was given to the farmer's land during the original survey of the village in the time of the British is called the survey number.

In Gujarat, the download of Satbar can now be obtained online which you can view and get at https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/Info712Page.aspx.

What is a copy of 7/12 extract, an important letter for farmers and farmer's sons to understand

9/12 i.e. out of total 17 forms fixed for record, form no.  2 and form no.  A sheet made by compiling 12 sheets is called 7/12.  Form no.  Ownership area in 8 vs.  As there is a frequent need for information related to agriculture in Sadarhu land as well as the information of, we call it 6/12 made by combining the two forms.  All the friends must have seen the pattern of 9/12.  The details of each of the information shown in it are marked with A. B. C as follows.

(A) Block number

Generations changed as time went on.  Overall, every eight years, the generation changes, causing new heirs to be added and the division of land from inheritance to land fragmentation.  Therefore, each new piece has to be given a different name / identification / identification i.e. the survey number is divided into pieces which are called fixed part and then sub-part.  Such as survey no.  The first division of 31 was identified as 51/1, 31/3, 31/3.  The second division is 51/1/a, 51/1/b.  P1 / 4 / A, P1 / 4 / B etc. are divided according to the heirs.

This led to many divisions of the same survey number.  Therefore, the government decided to give a separate identification number to each divided land in the village under the Consolidation Act to give a separate identity to the land in each of the 12 divisions / divisions and a new identification of land emerged from those numbers and these new sequence numbers were called block numbers.  So now the land of each village is identified by the block number.  Any information can now be obtained only by identifying the b-lock number.

 (B) Survey No.

The sequence number which was given to the farmer's land at the time of the original survey of that village (in the time of the British) is called the survey number.

 (C) Power type of land

This detail contains details like land - old condition / new condition / non-agriculture / trust / Khalsa / government or enumerator.

 (D) Name of the farm

The farmer creates his own identity to identify his different farm and the same identity name becomes popular which becomes the name of the farm / land.  like.  Jalaram's farm, bark, late farm, upper farm, late farm, mango farm etc.

 (E) Arable land

The farm land of the village can be used differently and the yield from it may also vary and it is necessary to collect revenue / levy / tax for the administration of the village and this revenue is levied on the farm yield / income of the land.  Thus out of the total land, each land is subdivided based on its usage.

 (A) Jarayat land - There is no special type of cultivation in this land.  This land can also be called fallow land.  And after the monsoon, it grows grass automatically.  Hence it can also be called a weed farm.  Such land is known as Jarayat.

 (B) Horticulture: The type of land in which mango, chiku etc. orchards or shrubs are grown and its yield can be very good.  Such land is known as horticultural land.

 (A) Kayari - The land in which crops are grown such as wheat, paddy, sorghum, maize or the land in which Kayari is cultivated is called Kayari.

 (F) Bad texture

Poor texture means that some of the total land in which no cultivation can take place is divided into (a) and (b) types.  Land where no output can be obtained from it means rocky, rocky land, land filled with water, living next to the canal.  Waterlogged cart land etc.  Revenue / tax is levied on the remaining land after deducting such bad texture from the total land.

(G) Akar / Jury

All this means that the amount of tax to be levied on it (as the house is assessed in the corporation) is fixed keeping in view the total cultivable / usable land yield.  This amount has to be deposited by each farmer in the form of annual tax / revenue.

 (H) Names of Ganatiya

The person who leases the house as we collect the rent is called the tenant.  In the same way, the person who allows the person who is not cultivating the land (by collecting rent) to cultivate it himself is called Ganotiyo and the person who allows this Ganotiyo to cultivate another person is called Sub Ganotiyo and the names of such person / persons are written here in 7/12.

 (I)

 # Denied - The entry is rejected when the account holder applies for change of owner rights or change of status in 7/12 and the entry is denied if sufficient proof is not presented when this entry is verified.

Dispute - When an account holder applies for a change of status on the basis of evidence which is objected to by the government or co-owners or other third party or the court matter is entered, the entry is called disputed entry and until the disputed matter is known.  As long as it remains pending.

Cancellation: When entry has been made in 6/12 or for change of title deed or change of ownership or other rights but its function

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17 will be a gift to the state's mother power of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.

The changed economic and social lifestyle after Corona will open a new path of women's empowerment and mother-sister self-reliance. A total of 10 lakh mothers and sisters of 1 lakh women's groups in the state will get the benefit of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. A total of up to Rs 1,000 crore will be provided to women's groups. The interest on the bank loan will be borne by the state government and the stamp duty required for the loan will be waived. Rs. Loans of Rs 1 lakh will be available from government, cooperative, private banks, RBI approved lending institutions.

The Chief Minister has called upon the banks to join the scheme. The state government will soon sign a MoU with the banks to join the scheme. A group of 10 women-sisters will be made M1 lakh group. Each group will get a loan of Rs one lakh. Every mother and sister will be able to get an interest free loan without starting their own small business, home industry, business. The purpose is to realize the big loan of the little man to become the financial support of the home family to the mothers and sisters in the post-Corona situation. For this, the Chief Minister has allocated a budget of Rs. 175 crore for the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.

The approach is to cover a total of 1 lakh women groups in rural areas and 50 thousand in urban areas in the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. The scheme will be implemented in rural areas by Gujarat Lively Hood Promotion Company of Rural Development Department. The Gujarat Urban Lively Hood Mission of the Urban Development Department will be implemented in urban areas.

Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana will be a catalyst in fulfilling the dreams of millions of sisters of the state to live with self-reliance. Gujarat's leading women in the white revolution have now been given the opportunity to realize their talents and dreams by starting their own small business home industry with the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.

New order announced by the government, there have been big changes in the rules regarding two wheelers

handholds and saree guards compulsory for bikes with pillion riders as per new rules check

The central government is bringing in new rules to enhance road safety. The rules of the bike have also been changed. Handhold and sari guards have been asked to be installed. Guidelines have also been issued for keeping containers on the back of the bike.

  • New rules announced by the government
  • Big changes to the rules for two-wheelers
  • New commands have arrived for bike riders

The central government is constantly working on vehicle safety. This is because some of the rules have changed. Recently the new guidelines of the ministry have come for bike riders. A guideline was also released last month. It will have a hand hold on the back of the driver's seat on both sides of the bike. Its purpose is to maintain the safety of the occupants. Most bikes do not have this feature. With this, it has been made necessary for the person sitting on the back of the bike to have a foot stand on both sides.

This is mentioned in the guideline

The guideline states that at least half of the right side towards the rear wheel of the bike must be safely covered. The clothes of the person sitting in the back do not get caught in the rear wheel. Recently, the government has also announced new guidelines for tires. Based on this, a tire pressure monitoring system is suggested for vehicles weighing a maximum of 3.5 tons.

With the help of sensors in this system, the driver gets information about the air condition in the tires of the vehicle. Along with that the ministry has praised the tire repair kit. The car will no longer need extra tires once it is implemented.
